J.P. Faber is an award-winning editor and writer with more than 25 years of journalism experience. Most of those years were spent editing business magazines, focusing on stories about how individual business leaders and entrepreneurs succeeded—or failed. Among his past publications, Faber was editor-in-chief of international business magazines China Trade, Latin Trade and Latin CEO; city regional business publications South Florida CEO and Miami Business; and city regional lifestyle monthly South Florida Magazine. Faber does an amazing job taking the reader deep into the heart of a community's rebirth. As a kid who grew up south of Detroit, I was transfixed in his tour of the amazing builders and artisans that have (largely under the radar) rebuilt homes, buildings, businesses and communities!From that point onward the case only gets stronger for a new way of thinking about codes, development, and what it means to have communities that we want to live, work, and play in!Highly recommend it to anyone interested in community redevelopment, walkability, or the future of space!
